Gunner’s Arm, Transfers, and UC Baseball

This week’s news in Bearcat country:

  • Gunner’s Top-15 Arm: NFL.com named Gunner Kiel the 11th strongest arm in the country just behind Connor Cook at Michigan State, and the best arm in the AAC.
  • Guyn A Buccaneer: Former UC basketball guard Ge’Lawn Guyn has officially transferred to East Tennessee State. He will be eligible to play right away next season. We hope his nagging finger injury has healed, and he can contribute to finish his college basketball career the way he would like.
  • Graves A Panther: Former UC football receiver and special teams player Jeremy Graves has officially transferred to Eastern Illinois to finish the final two years of his eligibility. UC is STACKED at receiver, so this was a smart move and a way for him to get a starting role to finish his college career.
  • Incoming UC Baseball Stud: Cameron Alldred, a left-handed pitcher and first basemen, has been named the 2015 Ohio Division IV Player of the Year and First Team All-Ohio. UC baseball has really been able to grab some stud athletes to begin rebuilding the program and brand.
