Sophomore kicker Andrew Gantz has been named to the 2015 Lou Groza 2015 Preseason Watch List. The Groza award goes to the best kicker in all the land. Gantz spent last season racking up over a 100 points for the Bearcats.
You may remember Gantz as the cold-blooded, icy-veined ninja that put ECU to sleep last season.
Oddly, my hope is that Mr. Gantz gets less FG scoring opportunities because Gunner Kiel and the high-flying offense provides only extra point kicks. Time will certainly tell.
