Sources have confirmed that, subject to contract details being worked out, former Bearcats QB Gino Guidugli will be the running backs coach this season. Guidugli was recently promoted to offensive coordinator at Central Michigan University, but has chosen to return to his alma mater.
During his playing days at UC (from 2001-2004), he threw for more than 11,000 yards and 78 touchdowns. Coach Fickell continues to build a strong coaching team, and Gino’s addition to the staff will certainly excite Bearcats fans of every variety.
